Bret Michaels STD's will shoot you in the face if you look at him wrong

I am convinced that Bret Michaels STD's have created the worlds strongest immune system.  He is making a "miraculous" recovery from a brain hemorrhage, immediately after an emergency surgery to remove his appendix, which happened 3 days after he was released from a diabetic recovery facility.  So basically his STD's refuse to allow him to die because they need his shell of a body, D-list celebrity, and penis that is willing to go anywhere and penetrate anything.
